ii. Determine the solution of a linear equation in one unknown by trial and improvement method.

iii. Solve equations in the form of

a) x + a = b

b) x – a = b

c) ax = b

d) = b

where a, b, c are integers and x is an unknown.

iv. Solve equations in the form of ax + b = c, where a, b, c are integers and x is an known.

v. Solve linear equations in one unknown.

vi. Pose and solve problems involving linear equations in one unknown
